Shipping Policy
Processing
Orders are processed within 48 business hours. We process and ship Monday through Friday, not on weekends or holidays. Orders placed by 10 AM ET on a business day ship that same day. Orders placed on a Friday may not ship until Monday.
Carrier and delivery times
We ship with USPS, including orders to Puerto Rico and Canada.
- Standard Ground (US): 1 to 5 business days
- International: allow 10 to 14 days for delivery
Delivery times are based on the days posted by USPS. We cannot guarantee them when there are carrier issues, bad weather or other factors outside our control.
Shipping rates
Free shipping on US orders over $200. For all other domestic and international orders, USPS rates vary with the destination and the weight of the package, and are shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Cancelling an order
An order cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created. To cancel, contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, your request is treated as a return request.
